“Dumb & Dahmer” came about when extremly handsome director, Bill Zebub, found himself laughing during a documentary about Jeffrey Dahmer. Law enforement, as well as neighbors and witnesses, were like characters in a slapstick comedy. The errors, cognitive dissonance, and behavior was hilarious even though the events were horrific.

It didn’t take long for Bill Zebub to write a horror-comedy script. A crowdfunding campaign was launched, and the script was finalized based on the budget raised from die-hard fans (as well as newcomers who saw merit in the concept).

The filming might run into January 2021 due to the pesky epidemic, but every effort is being made to get this wrapped before antichrist-mas.
